You will collaborate with teams across the company-from marketing and customer service to logistics and design-to understand their challenges and champion AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable results. You will help investigate how AI can: Power Personalised Marketing at Scale: Develop strategies to personalise outreach and product recommendations across our enormous and diverse UK customer base. Enhance Digital Experiences: Explore AI-powered visual search, intelligent chatbots, and generative AI to make our multi-brand platform the most intuitive in the industry. Turn Data into Insight: Help analyse complex sales, customer, and market data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. Who You Are: An individual with a qualification in a relevant field like Computer Science, Data Science, or Business & Technology. An analytical problem-solver who can evaluate tools objectively and build a compelling, data-supported business case.
