Senior Business Analyst (Contract) - Salesforce / CRM My Client is urgently recruiting for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major CRM and digital transformation programme. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse business needs, map processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of Salesforce and cloud-based solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong Higher Education or Public Sector experience who can confidently operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities across CRM, sales, and cloud transformation workstreams. Engage with senior stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements. Analyse existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement. You will be providing hands on support for users, imaging and onboarding new devices, resolving hardware and software issues and ensuring equipment remains secure and fully operational. This is a full-time onsite position with a strong focus on break fix tasks, hardware diagnostics and day to day user support. The role will run until May 2028. This position suits an engineer with proven experience repairing laptops, desktops and peripherals, rebuilding devices, resolving faults quickly and keeping users operational in a live production setting. Daily workload is expected to be around 5 to 8 tickets per day.
