They are seeking a dedicated Cyber Transformation Lead to join their team. This role promises a challenging and rewarding experience within the public sector. Your Profile Security Clearance: Eligible for SC (Candidates with SC will be able to start imediately) Candidates must possess English and Math GCSEs, grades A-C, and be prepared to provide certificates at the interview stage. Availability to attend the office in Birchwood Park Avenue, Cheshire, two days per week . Pay rate to candidate is 80.00 - 85.00 per hour , Outside IR35 Your Responsibilities Acting as an internal cyber advisor aligned with organizational strategies and objectives. Leading and coordinating the resolution of complex/high-profile cyber issues and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Developing and embedding cyber policies, standards, and procedures, and tracking adoption/compliance. Providing portfolio oversight and reporting, escalating and driving remediation of misalignments. Conducting horizon scanning and briefing leadership on implications and recommendations. Supporting the establishment of cyber profession standards in collaboration with HR/L&D. This position offers a 12-month contract and provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a strategic cyber security transformation, aligning with statutory obligations including GDPR.
