This role is for a Senior Data Analyst who combines strong analytical capability with commercial thinking and stakeholder influence. You will play a key role in shaping how data is used to drive performance across marketing, sales and customer operations. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on revenue, conversion and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver insight across key commercial areas (lead generation, conversion, retention) Identify opportunities to improve performance and drive measurable outcomes Act as a bridge between business and data engineering teams Partner with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and strategy Design and implement analytics approaches to optimise customer journeys Lead on experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, performance measurement) Build scalable dashboards and reporting aligned to business KPIs Support development of data models, definitions and data quality, ensuring strong data governance standards Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the wider data capability Skills & Experience Profile Strong experience in a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst role within a commercial environment Advanced SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets Strong experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes Experience delivering insight in fast-paced, performance-led environments Desirable Marketing / growth / sales analytics experience Background in insurance, financial services or high-volume B2C businesses Experience with experimentation and optimisation frameworks Python / R or exposure to advanced analytics Experience with modern data platforms (such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery) Additional Information Salary£65,000 - £75,000 (based on experience) + benefits package Location: Hybrid working with onsite travel tothe office in Berkshire. Power Platform Developer (SC Cleared) Contract Outside IR35 £475 - £525 per day The Opportunity We are supporting the delivery of a new Power Platform-based digital service within a secure government environment. This is a discovery-phase programme, where requirements are still evolving, ideal for a developer who thrives in early-stage, ambiguous environments and enjoys shaping solutions as well as building them. You'll play a key role in designing, developing and iterating a scalable Power Platform solution, working closely with stakeholders to take the service from concept through to deployment. Key Responsibilities Design and build Power Platform solutions aligned to discovery outputs Develop across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse Support end-to-end delivery, from prototype through to deployment Collaborate with architects, platform specialists and delivery leads Produce clear, structured technical documentation Contribute to solution design and refinement as requirements evolve Support transition into live / near-live service environments Required Experience Strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform Proven delivery in Agile / discovery-led environments Experience working with ambiguous or evolving requirements Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders Experience deploying and supporting production-grade solutions Desirable Experience within secure or government environments Familiarity with Azure services / integrations Understanding of governance, security and compliance in Power Platform Security & Contract Details Clearance: Active SC Clearance (essential) IR35: Outside IR35 Day Rate: £475 - £525 per day Duration: Initial 3 months (likely extension) Start: ASAP Location: Hybrid (UK-based)
