Agile Delivery Manager - Broadcast Media Sector (must have broadcast media content supply chain experience) Location: London/UK (Hybrid Flexible approx. 1-3dpw on site) Type: Contract 6 months initially- Outside IR35 - Approx 450pd Availability - ASAP or within 2 weeks notice Agile Delivery Manager required to work with one of the UK's most dynamic broadcast media technology environments. We're looking for an Agile Delivery Manager with proven experience in the broadcast and media sector, specifically across content supply chain technology and operations. Approx 5+ years within the UK broadcast media and entertainment industry and a minimum of 3 years experience working in similar Agile Delivery Manager positions (including Scrum/Scrum Master experience, ScrumMaster CSM ideal). Looking for experience delivering large, multi-year media technology projects/programmes. You should be comfortable matrix managing distributed teams of 10+ such as software development/engineering, business analysts, solution architects, data analysts etc as well as senior Stakeholder client engagement (up to CTO). About the Role As an Agile Delivery Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of complex, scalable media technology projects - ensuring our clients' content and media supply chain workflows operate seamlessly. You'll champion agile principles, coach cross-functional teams, and remove barriers to ensure delivery excellence from concept to deployment. You'll work closely with our key clients and internal stakeholders, providing oversight and guidance throughout delivery while maintaining strong client relationships. Primary focus will be driving delivery performance, continuous improvement, and alignment with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead 2 Agile delivery teams (integrated client and internal) across the media supply chain, ensuring outcomes are delivered effectively and on time. Drive Agile practices (Scrum - this is key, Kanban, Lean) to enable adaptive, transparent, and results-driven delivery - running regular standups, sprint meetings, refinement sessions etc. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to maintain clear delivery roadmaps and priorities. Manage project governance, timelines, budgets, and reporting for key broadcast and media technology initiatives. Build trust-based relationships with all stakeholders, providing strategic delivery insight and proactive communication Account Management - Oversee account performance: monitor service levels, identify improvements, and ensure client satisfaction. Leverage tools like Jira to help teams plan, coordinate and optimise flow. Help expand the client account. About You Credible within large Broadcast Media company - strong knowledge and experience of the broadcast and media sector, including end to end media operations and content supply chains (e.g. ingest, media asset management, content distribution, metadata workflows) - Minimum 5 years, ideally 10 years, within the UK broadcast media Proven experience within a similar Agile Delivery Management role/ or Agile Project Manager role: leading end-to-end agile programmes/projects, within media enterprise-level technology environments. Experienced in Agile processes including Scrum/Kanban ideally qualified- Well-versed in building trust and coaching teams toward self-management and cross-functional behaviours. Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills. Ability to bridge the gap between technology teams and operational stakeholders in fast-paced, media-rich settings. Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in penetration testing or offensive security who enjoys understanding how vulnerabilities work and helping engineering teams reduce security risk at scale. Rather than carrying out traditional penetration testing engagements, you'll analyse newly disclosed vulnerabilities, assess their potential impact across a large enterprise environment and work with internal stakeholders to drive remediation. Responsibilities Analyse newly published CVEs and security advisories to understand technical impact and exploitability. Assess the potential impact of vulnerabilities across enterprise infrastructure and systems. Identify affected assets using internal tooling and vulnerability data sources. Work closely with engineering and system owners to prioritise and coordinate remediation activities. Write Python, Bash or similar scripts to automate repetitive analysis and operational tasks. Produce clear technical documentation , vulnerability assessments and remediation guidance. Support ongoing improvements to vulnerability management processes. About you You'll ideally have experience in a technical security role such as Penetration Testing, Offensive Security, Application Security or Vulnerability Management , together with: Hands-on experience in penetration testing or offensive security. Good understanding of how vulnerabilities are discovered, exploited and remediated. Strong Linux knowledge and confidence working from the command line. Scripting experience using Python, Bash or similar. Familiarity with CVE, CVSS, NVD and common vulnerability management practices. A methodical approach to analysing technical risk and prioritising remediation. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-security stakeholders. Desirable Experience with one or more of the following would be beneficial: Vulnerability management platforms ( Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender VM or similar). OWASP Top 10. Security automation . Enterprise vulnerability management . Cloud infrastructure security . Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CREST CRT, GPEN or similar .

Software Testing & Automation Specialist - Web Ecommerce- Contract Location: Hammersmith (4 days on site, 1 day remote) Rate: 500 - 650 per day (to Umbrella) Contract Length: 6 - 12 months We're looking for an experienced Software Testing & Automation Specialist to join the digital product team and design and implement from scratch an automated UI testing framework for a bespoke ecommerce / complex web platform as the sole test consultant. The role focuses on designing and implementing a UI acceptance testing strategy and automation solution for a bespoke ecommerce platform built on a Microsoft .NET stack, currently tested manually by engineers and product owners. You'll deliver a maintainable, pragmatic, and scalable automation framework that enables the team to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance release quality while ensuring it can be easily maintained and extended by non-specialists/non testers once your contract ends. Successful candidates must have similar experience in designing and implementing from scratch an automated UI testing framework for ecommerce / complex web platforms. Key Responsibilities Analyse current manual testing processes and identify opportunities for automation. Recommend and implement automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, BrowserStack, Testim).
