The IT Commercial Product Manager ( Salesforce Sales Cloud ) is a strategic role within the IT Commercial team, serving as the Product Manager and primary business interface for Commercial (Sales and Marketing) digital platforms. This role is responsible for defining and delivering the vision, roadmap, and value realisation of key platforms principally with Salesforce Sales Cloud but also Salesforce Marketing Cloud in alignment with the business (product owners) needs. Co-creation of a strategic product roadmap for the Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud platforms and other Commercial and Marketing platforms in scope to support the long-term goals of the Commercial Function, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives. Own and maintain the strategic product roadmap for Commercial (Sales and Marketing) systems including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Partners with business stakeholders, IT Specialists Commercial and Marketing, IT delivery teams, and external partners to align technology capabilities with Commercial goals. Ownership for understanding, analysing business needs and drive requirement definition and validation, driving insights through data, and ensuring that technology design & solutions align with business objectives. Work with strategic partners and third parties to implement systems and tools aligned with Enterprise Architecture and the wider IT Strategy and Operating Model. Skills and Experience: Essential - Advanced experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud with a good technical understanding to be able to work with tech teams/developers Advanced understanding of Commercial and Sales (B2B) processes and systems. IT management experience, with a focus on strategy, project management, and technology enablement and innovation within a Commercial/Sales environment. Salesforce certifications (eg Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable. Experience working in or with Global Food & Beverage, Ingredients, Manufacturing, or similar B2B industries is a strong advantage. Proven experience partnering with business functions, particularly in Commercial/Sales, to align technology solutions with business objectives.
