An area _nology are committed to.Requirements:We will you fund your 12 week training programme via _nology. This is coach-lead, remote learning. Once successfully completed, we aim to place you on one of our client projects across the UK as a consultant. You'll then receive a competitive salary with pay rises every six months and have the option to stay with the client after 18 months! Some of these clients include Deutsche Bank, PwC and Nationwide.Course features· 12 Week funded programme· 500+ hours of coding· Fully remote training· Real life projectsTraining and the roleThe training programme is 12 weeks, fully funded and powered by us here at _nology. Upon completion of your training, you will be placed as a Technical Consultant into one of our UK clients. The role will be based remotely or in their offices in the UK.Being a consultant is much more than just writing code. It involves creative problem solving, innovative and bursting with possibility. Our training programme aims to encourage creative thinking, idea generation and collaboration - creating new mindsets to face the upcoming technological revolution.During these 12 weeks, you will study full time (link to 12-week software developer page) before transitioning to join your client project. You will form an agile training team, learning by doing. We will spend time understanding how software products are built in different companies in different industries. This will allow you to be able to solve complex problems with simple solutions - focussing on adaptability in a software role.Your team will become a tight-knit group over the fully immersive training period, before integrating into the wider tech sector.Benefits:Selection CriteriaFirstly, apply!
