This role is central to delivering high-quality implementations for automotive retailers across the UK and internationally. Provide ongoing consultancy, both onsite and remotely, to support adoption and optimisation. Proactively identify opportunities to improve implementation practices and enhance customer experience. Continuously develop your system knowledge across financial modules, functionality, and integrations. Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers gain the maximum value from our Automotive Intelligence Platform. Requirements Experience working in a dealership finance role, such as an accountant or assistant accountant, with a strong understanding of daily and month-end processes. Knowledge of core accounting activities, including VAT returns, reconciliations, accruals, journals, balance sheets, and management reporting. Hands-on experience with a Dealer Management System, ideally Pinewood.AI. Confident in training and coaching others, with the ability to adapt to different teams and learning styles. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to build relationships with both finance teams and senior stakeholders. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple implementations and priorities at once. Analytical and methodical approach with excellent attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset. Willingness to travel to dealerships as required. Full, clean UK driving licence. Desirable Experience: Direct experience with Pinewood DMS or another automotive management or accounting platform. Understanding of how finance and vehicle operations interact within dealership processes. Experience in system optimisation, process improvement, or change management projects. The Opportunity Pinewood.AI currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and customer-focused Support Consultant to join the team and help deliver an exceptional service to the end users of our cloud-based system application (Dealer Management System). As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with any day-to-day queries, helping to trouble shoot problems, and providing client training. Your responsibilities will include: Providing clients with an excellent customer service via phone, email, and webchat. Diagnosing and finding solutions to customer queries in a timely, professional manner. Developing relationships with stakeholders across the business and communicating product related issues to the relevant team. Logging and investigating outstanding tickets. Contributing to and helping to develop Pinewood's internal knowledge base. As your knowledge grows, providing support to more junior members of the team. This is a full-time position on a three-shift rota (8:00am - 4:30pm, 9:00am - 5:30pm and 10:30am - 7:00pm). Occasional weekend and bank holiday work is also expected and will work on a rolling shift pattern.
