This is a fantastic opportunity to join the small digital design team providing design consultancy to individual companies within the group. The Junior UI/UX Designer will support the development of new digital products and services across a range of businesses. You will help enhance the user experience of our digital solutions, learning from experienced designers and technologists. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone passionate about user experience and digital design, as well as design of innovative products, who is eager to learn and grow. The successful candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in user-centric design (UX and UI), with some practical experience in researching and designing digital applications, as well as familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. A basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) would be advantageous. The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential. Knowledge of responsive design techniques and designing for various screen sizes and devices is essential as is an interest in data-driven design methodologies, including A/B testing and analytics tools. A passion for learning and applying new technologies to solve real-world problems and a can-do attitude as well as an analytical and strategic mindset are essential.
