Workday Finance Consultant We are supporting a leading organisation looking for an experienced Workday Finance Consultant to support Workday Finance transformation and implementation projects. This is a functional role working across finance processes, Workday configuration, data and business requirements. Key Responsibilities Support delivery of Workday Finance projects and transformation initiatives. Work with stakeholders to understand current and future-state finance processes. Translate business requirements into functional and system designs. Support Workday configuration and transactional data flows. Assist with data migration, cleansing, conversion and reconciliation . Support UAT, testing and issue resolution. Identify process, technology and integration requirements. Support stakeholder engagement and project delivery. Requirements Experience working with finance ERP systems and/or Workday Finance . Understanding of core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Assets and Expenses . Experience supporting ERP/Workday implementation or transformation projects. Understanding of Workday transactional data and integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good stakeholder management and communication. Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Desirable Active Workday Financials certification. Strong Workday implementation experience. Experience with data migration and UAT. Experience working with Workday configuration tools.
