Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams and VMware engineers to refactor, enhance, and maintain VRA code backlog. Create and maintain workflow documentation in Confluence . Develop clear and structured onboarding documentation for new team members and stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Proven hands-on experience with VMware vRealize Automation (VRA) and VMware vRealize Orchestrator (vRO) . Strong background in Scripting languages (eg, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices . Solid understanding of infrastructure automation and ITSM integration . Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation . Excellent communication and collaboration skills for pair programming and cross-team work. Desirable Skills Experience working in agile environments . Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will be responsible for resolving complex technical incidents, supporting a large-scale hybrid infrastructure, and ensuring service excellence across authentication, authorisation, and access services. This role combines business-as-usual support with the opportunity to contribute to solution design and implementation. Key Responsibilities Technical (80%) Respond to incidents and service calls, ensuring SLA targets are consistently met. Deliver higher First Time Fix rates and resolve escalated technical issues. Monitor call queues, liaise with specialist teams, and drive timely resolution. Provide operational support for Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, VMware/Hyper-V, and Azure. This role suits someone who thrives on bringing structure and clarity to complex information. Key Responsibilities Partner with DevSecOps Engineers to develop documentation, presentations, and reports. Translate highly technical concepts into clear, accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain and improve process documentation, technical manuals, and security reporting. Create professional, engaging presentations for senior stakeholders. DevSecOps Engineer (Contract) Rate: £500 - £550 Duration: 6 months - Inside IR35 Location: 3 days onsite in Sheffield, Birmingham, or Edinburgh We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to support automation-hosted services teams in strengthening their security posture. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in DevSecOps environments, who can provide both assessment and guidance without being directly responsible for remediation delivery. Key Responsibilities Assess security infrastructure across automation services, including cloud workstreams, Kubernetes, and on-premises environments. Conduct in-depth security analyses to map the current security estate. Create and plan remediation work processes (implementation will be handled by delivery teams). Produce clear process documentation to support remediation activities. Act as a subject matter expert within DevSecOps, providing insight and recommendations. Skills & Experience Strong expertise in DevSecOps practices within complex technology environments. Job Title: 2nd Line Network Engineer Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership: During the installation phase you will be responsible for: Raising the necessary financial orders for equipment suppliers and tracking delivery of network elements Managing delivery of equipment to POP sites Installation and commissioning of all equipment and cabling within PoP sites with the exception of DC power Configuration, testing and bringing into service of network equipment End to end testing of the service to confirm network integrity The ongoing support will require you to: Respond to fault escalations from both the Network and Service Operations Centres Liaise with equipment and service suppliers along with, where necessary, end customers in order to resolve network incidents Escalate incidents to third line support in a timely manner in order to expedite fault resolution where no clear path to resolution is apparent Core Competencies, Knowledge & Experience: Demonstrable experience of data communications equipment installation Proven track record of configuring and supporting layer 2 and 3 communication protocols Juniper Certification(s) in either Enterprise or Service Provider Routing and Switching, or equivalent Understanding of FTTH architecture and the network elements on which it is built Skilled communicator with experience working directly with end customers of a service.
