This role exists to deliver well-implemented features and fixes with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively with teammates and QA to ensure work is robust and maintainable. Your Day to Day: Engineering delivery Design and implement features and fixes within team scope Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code Take ownership of tasks from definition through completion Contribute to diagnosing and fixing production issues Quality and collaboration Work with QA to ensure changes are testable and appropriately covered Participate actively in code reviews and design discussions Raise technical or quality concerns early Balance delivery speed with long-term maintainability Team contribution Support junior engineers through informal mentoring Share knowledge and contribute to team improvement Engage constructively in retrospectives and planning Why this role matters Mid-level engineers are the delivery backbone of engineering teams. Linnworks is seeking an Information Security Project Manager to coordinate audits, security projects, and customer security interactions. About the Role This is a lead generation and relationship development role with a specific focus on agency partnerships across EMEA. As Associate Partner Manager, EMEA, you will identify, engage, and nurture agency partners who can refer and activate high-quality clients onto the Linnworks platform. This is an incredible role for someone early in their partnerships or business development career who is eager to build commercial skills, develop a strong network, and contribute directly to pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will be based in London, Birmingham, or the Manchester area. What You'll Own Agency Partnership Development Identify and engage digital agencies, systems integrators, and eCommerce consultancies across EMEA as potential Linnworks referral partners Build and nurture a pipeline of agency partnerships from first contact through to active referral status Develop trusted, long term relationships with agency partners and understanding their client profiles and positioning Linnworks compellingly Lead Generation & Pipeline Contribution Drive referral volume from the agency partner portfolio, contributing directly to EMEA new business pipeline Work with the Partnerships Director to develop targeted outreach and engagement campaigns for agency audiences Track and report on agency partner pipeline activity, referral quality, and conversion Partner Enablement Ensure agency partners are well informed about Linnworks' product proposition and equipped to position it effectively Coordinate partner briefings, product updates, and co marketing opportunities Support the development of enablement materials tailored to an agency audience What You'll Bring To The Role 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related commercial role Strong interpersonal skills and a natural relationship builder who is comfortable picking up the phone Familiarity with the eCommerce or digital agency landscape is advantageous Organised and proactive and able to manage a portfolio of early stage relationships with rigour Commercially curious, with a genuine interest in how partnerships drive business growth Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team Performance Indicators Number of agency partners recruited and activated Referral volume and pipeline contribution from agency channel Lead quality and conversion rates Partner engagement and relationship health scores Why us?
