Interpreting results: Analyse user behaviour and performance data to uncover what is driving outcomes, connect findings to business goals, and turn evidence into clear recommendations and next steps. Testing strategy: Define KPI frameworks, optimisation roadmaps and testing strategies that focus effort on the highest value opportunities and align experimentation activity to client objectives. Experimentation: Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of experiments across A/B testing, segmentation and personalisation, ensuring strong hypotheses, sound methodology and meaningful learning. Tools: Guide the selection, application and evolution of analytics and experimentation tools, balancing capability, feasibility and commercial value for both clients and Candyspace. Experience is required using Optimizely, Dynamic Yield & VWO. Qualitative insights: Combine quantitative evidence with qualitative insight to build a fuller understanding of customer behaviour, strengthen recommendations and shape more effective optimisation opportunities. Client meetings: Lead client discussions on insight and optimisation with confidence, presenting a clear point of view, building trust and challenging constructively where needed. New business: Lead the optimisation and experimentation contribution to new business activity, shaping persuasive pitch responses, defining credible programme approaches, and helping clients see the strategic and commercial value of continuous optimisation. Strategy: Advise clients on experimentation strategy, helping them define the right approach, operating model and toolset to match their business goals, digital maturity and growth ambitions. Confident in communicating with clients and colleagues, able to bring clarity, build trust and challenge constructively. Commercially aware, with good judgement and an instinct for balancing customer needs, business goals and delivery realities. Invested in raising standards, sharing knowledge and contributing beyond the immediate remit of the role.
