Location: Hull/Hybrid - 3 days a week in office Role Overview As an Implementation Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of data and delivery. The majority of your role is hands-on data work, including extracting, cleansing, mapping, and migrating customer data into our platforms. This is complemented by configuring solutions, running training sessions, and guiding customers to a confident, well-supported go-live. Key Responsibilities Data Manipulation Migration (; 60%) Extract, cleanse, transform, and validate customer data from Legacy systems, spreadsheets, and third-party exports ready for migration. Write/maintain SQL scripts and ETL routines to map source data fields to platform schemas.Perform data quality checks, deduplication, and reconciliation to ensure migrated records match source counts. Build and refine reusable data migration templates and scripts. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies raised during UAT, working directly in the database and Back End to correct records. Document data mapping decisions, transformation logic, and known exceptions for audit and handover Implementation Training (; 40%) Configure platform settings, workflows, and integrations Deliver end-user and administrator training sessions Support go-live and hypercare, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth handover to Support. Produce clear configuration and training documentation Skills Qualifications Data Manipulation Strong SQL skills, comfortable writing and troubleshooting queries against relational databases. Practical experience with data cleansing, transformation, deduplication, and validation techniques. Confidence with Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) for large-scale data preparation and reconciliation. Exposure to ETL tools or Scripting (eg Python, PowerShell) for repeatable data manipulation is an advantage. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot inconsistencies and anomalies Methodical, detail-oriented approach to handling large volumes of sensitive data. Implementation Training Ability to translate customer requirements into system configuration. Confident, engaging trainer able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Organised, able to manage multiple implementation projects and timelines concurrently. Clear written communicator, comfortable producing configuration and training documentation. What You'll Need (Essential) Commercial experience in data migration, implementation, or software/business consulting role, ideally within B2B software or SaaS. Hands-on SQL and relational database experience is essential; experience delivering customer training or software implementations is a strong plus.

(Business Partner (Commercial)- 6 months - SC - hybrid London - £650-750pday) Our client is seeking a Digital Commercial Centre of Excellence Business Partner to work on a hybrid basis 2-3 days p/wk in their London office. The role is an SC cleared role, however the successful candidate can start on BPSS while SC is being transferred. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of commercial, technology and delivery experts from various home organisations working as one team towards the same goals and outcomes. You are an expert in all things technical commercial, lead by example and role model the Digital Commercial Centre of Excellence culture. The ideal candidate would be someone with strong commercial acumen particularly in commercial strategy and procurement, stakeholder management at all levels with a solid understanding of procurement regulations and commercial policy. You will be confident, highly capable and operating at an established Grade 6 level or above. Experience required: An experienced senior Commercial officer with strong commercial and procurement strategy experience, with demonstrable knowledge in the technical commercial landscape.
