Senior Workday Analyst (Contract) Location: Primarily Remote (UK) - office attendance approximately twice per month Duration: 12 Months IR35: Inside IR35 We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Analyst to join a global HR Technology team on an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will have deep hands-on expertise across Workday HCM, with strong knowledge of Workday Data and Security. Broader experience across additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning and Talent & Performance would be of benefit. Key Responsibilities Support, maintain and enhance the Workday HCM platform. Gather business requirements and deliver Workday configuration changes. Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Lead configuration through design, testing, deployment and documentation. Support Workday releases, new functionality and system optimisation. Ensure data integrity, security and governance best practices are maintained. Provide subject matter expertise across Workday HCM and related processes. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver high-quality solutions. Essential Skills Strong Workday HCM configuration experience. Deep knowledge of Workday Data and Security. Experience supporting Workday releases and configuration changes. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Previous experience working within large, complex organisations. Desirable Experience with one or more additional Workday modules, including Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning and/or Talent & Performance. Experience working within global Workday environments.
