*Salesforce OMS Technical Consultant/Developer - Inside IR35 - Remote Working.* Senior Salesforce OMS Developer Role Summary The Senior Salesforce OMS Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce Order Management (OMS) solutions that support complex omnichannel retail operations. The role works closely with Functional Architects, Product Owners, and cross-tribe teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready OMS capabilities using Salesforce best practices. *Salesforce OMS Technical Consultant/Developer - Inside IR35 - Remote Working.* Key Responsibilities-Salesforce OMS Development Design and develop Salesforce Order Management (OMS) features including order life cycle, fulfilment orchestration, inventory visibility, returns, and cancellations Build and customize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniStudio components where applicable Implement event-driven and API-based integrations with upstream and downstream systems (Commerce, ERP, WMS, Inventory services) Solution & Technical Design Collaborate with Functional and Solution Architects to translate functional designs into technical implementations Contribute to low-level design (LLD) and ensure alignment with enterprise integration and security standards Ensure OOTB-first approach and minimize customizations where possible Agile Delivery Participate actively in PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews Own technical delivery of stories end-to-end, including development, unit testing, and deployment Support Scrum of Scrums/cross-squad dependencies as required Quality & Performance Write unit tests to meet Salesforce code coverage and quality standards Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of OMS solutions Support SIT, UAT, and production releases , including defect triage and fixes DevOps & Environment Management Work with Salesforce DevOps tools (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD pipelines) Support multi-environment deployments (DEV - SIT - UAT - PROD) Follow release and change management processes Required Skills & Experience Salesforce & OMS Expertise 5+ years of Salesforce development experience 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce OMS experience in retail/E-commerce programs Strong knowledge of: Salesforce OMS order life cycle Fulfilment orchestration Inventory availability and reservation Returns and cancellations *Salesforce OMS Technical Consultant/Developer - Inside IR35 - Remote Working.* Technical Skills Apex, SOQL, SOSL Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows and Process Automation REST/SOAP APIs and event-based integrations Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines Agile & Delivery Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Ability to work across squads in a Tribe/ART setup Experience supporting production releases and live retail environments Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Salesforce Administrator or App Builder Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or headless commerce integrations Experience in large-scale retail or omnichannel OMS implementations Exposure to DevOps automation and release orchestration Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Clear communication with architects, QA, and business stakeholders Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers Comfortable working in fast-paced, release-driven environments Location & Engagement (Adjustable) Location: UK/Europe Engagement: Contract/Full-time Travel: As per client needs *Salesforce OMS Technical Consultant/Developer - Inside IR35 - Remote Working.*

Workday Technical Consultant - Outside IR35 Core Responsibilities (All Consultants) Translate business requirements into Workday technical solutions. Configure Workday modules, business processes, security, calculated fields, and custom reports. Perform system testing (unit, regression, UAT) and support defect resolution. Leverage Workday Report Writer, BIRT, and advanced reporting to deliver insights. Participate in Workday releases, impact analysis, and adoption of new features. Develop and maintain system documentation, solution designs, and technical specifications. Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, IT) to deliver end-to-end solutions. Specialisation Areas 1. Workday Consultant Compensation & Benefits Configure Compensation plans, Merit cycles, Bonus programs, and Benefits enrolment events. Support setup of eligibility rules, condition rules, and advanced business process configuration. Provide technical support for compensation benchmarking and benefits integrations. 2. Workday Consultant HCM Configure Core HCM, job profiles, organizations, positions, and staffing models. Build advanced business processes for onboarding, talent management, workforce administration. Create calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards for HR analytics. 3. Workday Consultant Integrations Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using: EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Core Connectors (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.) Workday Studio for complex integrations Workday APIs (SOAP/REST) for custom solutions Perform data mapping, transformation (XML, XSLT, JSON), and error handling. Monitor integration schedules and troubleshoot failures in production. Qualifications Active Workday Certification is a must-have 3+ years of Workday hands-on experience in one or more specialization areas. Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, security, and reporting. Proven experience in integration development (EIB, Studio, APIs) and/or advanced HCM configuration. Solid understanding of HR processes, data structures, and compliance requirements. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
