Electrical Test Engineer Worcester £35,000 to £37,000 per annum The Opportunity: Service Service is recruiting for a growing engineering company in Worcester seeking a skilled Electrical Test Engineer. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of electrical and electromechanical systems, testing products before they are dispatched to customers. You ll join a supportive and technically driven team, with the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and process development. Key Responsibilities: Test a range of electrical products and systems, including single phase and 3-phase motor control and PLC systems Test computer-based data acquisition systems and components using standard electrical test equipment Read and interpret schematic circuits and wiring diagrams to understand product functionality Write and maintain test procedures, reports, and documentation Provide constructive feedback to Engineering and Production teams to support continuous improvement Ensure all testing is completed safely and to the required standard About You: Experience testing electrical and electromechanical systems, including 240V single-phase and 415V three-phase Understanding of closed-loop control, solid-state and inverter-based control systems Ability to read and interpret analogue and digital circuits Methodical problem solver with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook What s on Offer: Competitive salary, dependent on experience 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Flexitime scheme covering 37.5 hours per week, with early finish on Fridays Company pension and life insurance schemes Opportunity to work in a technically challenging, supportive environment with scope for professional development Please click Apply Now and a member of the Service Service team will be in touch to discuss your application in confidence.

The Role: As Senior RF Test Systems Engineer, you will design and develop automated test systems to ensure products are accurately calibrated, functional, and compliant with quality standards. You will work across the full product life cycle, from initial concept through to manufacturing and service support, while driving improvements in test processes and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop measurement processes for automated systems using Test & Measurement instruments. Provide input into product requirements and test strategies.
