New Job Opportunity - Master Data Analyst - 6 Month PAYE Contract - Aberdeen Position: Master Data Analyst (SAP / Finance) Location: Aberdeen, Kingwells Contract: 6 Months PAYE Rate: Negotiable dependent on experience Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home Purpose of the Role Provide master data support to corporate ERP systems, ensuring accurate creation, maintenance, and integrity of system master data. Key Responsibilities HSES & Compliance Ensure all activities are carried out safely in line with regulatory requirements, legislation, and Our Clients HSES procedures Adhere to Our clients Ethics and Compliance policies and complete all required training Core Responsibilities SAP Master Data Support Provide ongoing support and maintenance of finance master data within SAP, including: Business Partners General Ledger (GL) Accounts Profit Centres JV Equity Groups Cost Centres WBS Elements Ensure data integrity through robust processes and controls Identify and communicate cross-functional dependencies across master data and systems Perform system functional integrity testing where required Support internal and external audits Additional Responsibilities Provide master data support for Wintershall Dea systems Support regular user account reviews and control processes Administer finance-related peripheral systems Undertake additional duties as required by management Skills, Qualifications & Experience Degree qualified, ideally with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) Strong accounting background (qualified or qualified by experience) Proven analytical skills and attention to detail Experience with SAP master data (preferred) Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivery Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment Ability to work to deadlines and perform under pressure Company information At First Recruitment Group we understand just how important it is to secure the right people. One of our top clients is looking for a Technical Architect to join their team on a contract basis based in Manchester or Glasgow Our Client has a requirement for a Technical Architect, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Manchester or Glasgow. Candidates must be able to obtain SC Clearance (lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years) Role Purpose: We are looking to recruit a motivated Technical Architect or Technologist to join our Manchester team for the architectural design of industrial projects in a multidisciplinary team. This role is for a manufacturing facility in the northwest. Experience in the Defence sector would be useful but not essential if the candidate has experience in delivering large-scale industrial projects. Job Role Responsibilities: You will be an enthusiastic, technical-focussed Architect or Technologist with good knowledge and experience in the design of buildings and facilities housing industrial processes. This will include from inception to completion, with emphasis on RIBA Stages 2 to 4. You will be ARB registered or a chartered member of CIAT, with demonstrable experience on a wide range of complex and industrial projects at different stages with a good understanding of the UK Building Regulations. Understand the design process with the ability to deliver this from concept into detail design. Understand how to work as part of a multi-discipline team, ensuring design co-ordination, interface resolution, clash and coordination detection on behalf of the project and reporting on model coordination issues. Demonstrate a range of drawing, modelling and interpersonal skills to engage, influence and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders. You will help our multidisciplinary team solve complex problems. Be able to produce, analyse and advise upon specification, materials selection and detailed design solutions in relation to performance and production criteria, as well as proficiently use NBS software packages. Be a very competent Revit user with experience of delivering to BIM level 2 and experienced in advanced collaboration software (such as Navisworks), federation of BIM models, model checking, clash and interface management. Have strong interpersonal skills, be organised and efficient with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively, efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines. Take a flexible approach to working with a positive and 'can-do' attitude, be a self-motivated and committed individual, who is a clear thinker and a strong team player. Our top telecoms client is looking for an FTTP Technical Support Analyst to join their team on a contract basis in Manchester Our Client has a requirement for a FTTP Technical Support Analyst, who will be required to work on a 12 month contract basis in Manchester. MUST BE BASED IN OR AROUND MANCHESTER (need to be in the office a few days a week) Role Purpose: You will have a range of responsibilities including exception management for Provision & Assurance, monitoring of the FTTP network to support provision/assurance activity, supporting our incident management process and supporting continuous service improvement. You will also be playing an active role in ensuring the Service Desk meets its very strict SLA's. Job Role Responsibilities: Working closely with internal FLL departments to ensure all FTTP orders are progressed and completed within delivery lead times. Ensure all resolver groups are performing to the expected standard. Resolving any exceptions that occur during the provisioning process within target SLA s In the event of an issue arising during the provisioning and early life process, aim will be to keep the CP regularly updated as to progress, liaising with internal FFL departments, and other departments to ensure swift resolution of the FFL provisioning activities. Reporting and management of potential incidents Ensure all provisioning processes are used efficiently and accurately to reduce double handling and customer dissatisfaction. You will be responsible for monitoring of the FTTP network and reacting accordingly to areas of concern Through trend analysis and network monitoring of the FTTP network, you will play a key role within our incident management process You will be responsible for engagement with our Network Restoration Services Provider ensuring exceptions are managed as per our SLA s Take ownership of day-to-day issues impacting the efficiency of the provisioning/fault management process, including escalation and complaint management. Be proactive in identifying potential areas of development in MAP provisioning procedures. Support the management with development in MAP by taking part in workshops and liaising with other teams to help the continuous improvement of processes and customer experience Working to achieve SLA s, quality standards and other KPI s agreed Technical support on all appropriate products in line with the MAP support scope Own the resolution of customer issues in accordance with MAP processes and policies. Liaise with internal and external parties and take ownership to investigate and resolve those issues Effective time management ensuring tasks are effectively completed within deadlines. Work within the relevant MAP policies e.g. Information Security Responsible for taking ownership through to resolution for CEO Complaints, High Level Escalations, Tickets that have been repeated/reopened a specified number of times and remain unresolved Provide full Root Cause Analysis and highlight improvement opportunities to reduce future fault volumes Be available to work various shift patterns on a roster basis to cover early and late starts. 7:30am till 4pm. 8:30am till 5pm or 9:30am till 6pm Be available to cover one week on call on a roster basis.
