Senior Salesforce Engineer (Financial Services Cloud) London £90,000 + benefits Overview We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to help deliver and evolve a strategic Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform. You'll play a key role in building, enhancing, and supporting solutions as the business transitions to in-house platform ownership. Working within an Agile team, you'll deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic approaches Build with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations Configure and support FSC features (Person Accounts, households, Action Plans, etc.) Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and Architects to translate requirements Support testing, releases, and CI/CD processes (Copado) Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement Ensure compliance, security, and maintainability of solutions Skills & Experience Essential Strong Salesforce development experience in delivery-focused roles Hands on with LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows FSC experience or complex Salesforce data models Knowledge of security models, sharing, and governor limits API integrations experience Agile team experience CI/CD tooling (ideally Copado) Salesforce Platform Developer I certification Preferred Financial services or regulated environment experience OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures) Exposure to Data Cloud (Data 360) Marketing Cloud experience Post implementation support (Day 2) FSC Accredited Professional certification
