Location London Employment Type Full time Department Go To Market Sales Sales Engineering Our Mission At Omnea, we're reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement - where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We've raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient - one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We've 10x'd ARR to double digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We're now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe. Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post Series C), and our team includes ex founders operators who've grown unicorns, shipped world class products, and executed at the highest levels. You'll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe. What we're looking for We are seeking a technically skilled and customer centric Enterprise Solution Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to take ownership in a pre sales capacity, serving as the primary technical advisor to prospective clients. You'll play a critical role in shaping customer solutions, aligning our platform to meet unique needs, and ensuring a smooth transition to our Customer team. Your work will directly impact deal success, from conducting technical discovery sessions and building custom demos/POCs to troubleshooting and answering technical questions. This is a collaborative role requiring a mix of technical & finance/procurement expertise, customer focused thinking, and cross functional coordination. You'll be joining us at a pivotal time. We've just raised $50M in Series B funding from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel, Point Nine, and First Round Capital. In the past year we've grown revenue 5x, tripled our customer base, and maintained >99% retention with enterprises like Spotify, Wise, Albertsons, Adecco, and McAfee. Our team is small but high calibre it took over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans. Now we're scaling fast and building the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management. And we are looking for the best Enterprise Solution Engineer out there to help turn procurement into a true competitive advantage! What Can You Expect? You'll be the technical expert in the enterprise sales process, working alongside a talented team to uncover and address client challenges. You'll engage directly with prospects (companies with hundreds of employees), building tailored demos and leading technical discussions to showcase Omnea's value. You'll partner with our sales team to lead custom discovery sessions, understand customer pain points, and showcase new or non standard capabilities in the Omnea platform. You'll drive and own POCs in collaboration with the Customer and Product teams, ensuring prospects gain required technical comfort to move forward with Omnea. You'll act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer, ensuring consistent communication and alignment throughout the customer journey. You'll provide valuable feedback from the field to the Product team, helping shape future roadmap enhancements based on customer insights. You'll continuously improve our pre sales processes, refining demo environments, technical documentation, and other sales collateral to better support future efforts. About You You have 3-7 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. You've spent time in the modern finance or procurement stack, and deeply understand the needs and technologies our ideal customers use and are familiar with the procurement and billing/AP space. You have experience with demoing, implementing or administering key applications such as ERPs, CLMs, GRC, procurement and/or AP automation platforms. You're an effective communicator, simplifying technical concepts for both technical and non technical audiences. You're a proactive problem solver, with strong troubleshooting skills and a customer first mindset. You bring a strong technical foundation, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate a complex software platform. You are skilled at leading product demos, running discovery sessions, and crafting custom solutions for enterprise clients. You're comfortable responding to RFPs/RFIs and addressing IT security queries, managing complex technical requirements. At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out. A few things to note: We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in person at our offices. Construction also accounts for 11% of global carbon emissions, while employing 7% of the global workforce and accounting for 13% of global GDP. At Converge, we believe that if we are going to be building the cities, structures, and societies of the future then something has to change. We also believe that change will be impossible if you are not measuring what's actually happening on the ground. That's why we are building our Physical Intelligence Platform, ConstructionDNA, to help the industry build the future more efficiently, more safely, and more sustainably. We're a small but ever-growing team of 55+ with a global outlook, counting 17+ nationalities (and even more languages!) among us. As a team, we are passionate about cutting edge digital innovation and driven by our mission to build the future more efficiently, safely and sustainably. Come join us! Lead user research across customer interviews, usability testing, building insights as you go and running rapid experiments, turning them into product outcomes. Be customer-informed, blending user needs with metrics to guide decisions and measure success. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, influencing strategy and aligning stakeholders through clear prioritisation and storytelling. Run concept sprints and rapidly prototype high fidelity concepts that inspire teams and customers. Thrive in a fast paced, agile environment, knowing when to move quickly and when to refine the details. Apply your design skills across all our products, making a positive impact in the construction industry. Collaborate with Design Leadership to inform and improve our design culture and ways of working. Requirements 5yrs+ experience designing digital products and SAAS services, leading user experience, interaction and user interface design, delivering solutions that have elevated customer and user experience. Account Executive, London (Software Startup) Account Executive, New Logo Sales - London - VC Backed Software Startup Location: UK (Hybrid 3-5 days per week in office) EC2M4YJ Central London Team: Commercial (Growth) Compensation: £40,000 - £45,000 base + uncapped OTE (Year 1 OTE £25,000) About Opply Opply is modernising how scaling food and consumer goods brands buy ingredients, solving a £1 trillion market inefficiency that's been overlooked for decades. Right now, SMB brands waste 70% of stock and pay 40% above market rate because they lack access to enterprise-level supplier networks and smart automation. We've built an AI-powered platform that changes this entirely: automated ordering, predictive forecasting, supplier matching, and embedded credit that lets brands sell before they pay. We're a scaling, VC-backed by Index Ventures, Anthemis, and Chalfen Ventures, with unicorn angels from GoCardless, Flow.io, and Trouva. We've won StartUp of the Year and Supply Chain Specialists of the Year, and we're scaling fast across the UK and internationally. This is category-defining work in a massive, underserved market. The Role As an Account Executive at Opply, you'll own the sales cycle end-to-end: taking qualified opportunities from discovery through to close, building strong commercial relationships with scaling UK food and consumer goods brands, and consistently converting pipeline into revenue. This is a closing role. You'll be expected to run sharp discovery, quantify value, navigate stakeholders, handle objections, and negotiate commercially, while partnering closely with SDRs/BDRs, Growth, Marketing, and Product to improve conversion and expand what we can sell. If you're competitive, commercially sharp, and want to accelerate in a fast-growth environment where you can have real impact, this is the role. What You'll Be Doing Own the Full Sales Cycle Run discovery calls with founders and operators at scaling food and consumer goods companies Diagnose operational pain, cashflow pressure, margin constraints, and supply chain risk Build clear business cases and ROI logic (time saved, waste reduced, margin impact, cashflow benefit) Lead product demos and map Opply's value to customer workflows and priorities Manage the deal cycle through proposal, negotiation, and close Close Revenue, Consistently Forecast accurately and maintain clean, reliable pipeline in the CRM Handle objections confidently (pricing, switching risk, incumbent suppliers, internal bandwidth) Negotiate commercial terms and drive urgency through clear next steps Partner with internal teams to remove blockers and increase win rates Expand and Improve the Motion Share market feedback to sharpen positioning, outreach, and product priorities Identify patterns in lost deals and propose improvements to process, messaging, or packaging Represent Opply at industry events - building relationships, credibility, and deal flow Market Intelligence Keep the CRM clean, accurate, and actionable (your pipeline is your reputation) Share insights from the market with Growth, Marketing, and Product to sharpen targeting and messaging Represent Opply professionally at industry events and in the broader market What We're Looking For You'll thrive here if you are: A closer: You're at your best when you're running live deals and driving to signature Consultative and structured: You ask smart questions, listen properly, and build strong cases for change Commercially sharp: You can speak credibly about value, outcomes, and trade-offs Resilient and consistent: You don't rely on "big wins" you build repeatable performance High ownership: You take initiative, solve problems, and keep momentum even with ambiguity Experience we expect: 2-5 years in sales or business development (B2B strongly preferred) Track record of hitting or exceeding targets (consistent performance, not one-off wins) Interest or experience in food/consumer goods is a plus, but hunger and aptitude matter more Why Now Opply is at an inflection point. We're scaling with strong customer traction, scaling revenue, expanding internationally, and building out the commercial team to match our ambition. You'll join early enough to have an outsized impact: shaping playbooks, owning territory, and growing into leadership as the business scales. Training & Development You won't be left to figure it out alone. We've built a structured development environment to turn high-potential sellers into confident commercial operators: Full onboarding programme with clear ramp expectations and success metrics Weekly 1:1 coaching and feedback loops to build consistency and confidence Classroom learning and role plays for discovery, objection handling, and deal progression What You'll Learn Here This role is a career accelerator. You'll develop skills that compound: Outbound excellence: Multi-channel prospecting done right (phone, LinkedIn, email, events) Modern discovery: Combine qualitative insight with quantitative value logic to uncover real urgency Commercial fluency: Speak credibly about cashflow, operational efficiency, and growth readiness Market expertise: Deep understanding of the scaling F&B world (supply chain challenges, margin pressure, and what operators actually care about) Unshakeable confidence: Built through repetition, feedback, and high standards What We Offer Competitive base salary (£40,000-£45,000) + uncapped OTE (Year 1 OTE £25,000) 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays Flexible hybrid working (balance autonomy with collaboration) Regular team socials and global offsites to connect, collaborate, and celebrate Pension scheme

Our system extracts, objective, cross referenced facts from millions of documents, helping litigators win more cases whilst saving months of working hours. In this way we ensure every client gets the representation they deserve. AI is transforming the law, but most tools have focused on contract law or are generalist copilots that aggregate the tasks lawyers do across practices. Wexler is the leading gen-AI platform specifically built for the nuances of litigation, and our growth proves the story is resonating. About the Role We're seeking an entrepreneurial full-stack engineer who will work closely with the founders to architect, build and scale Wexler's agentic systems for document analysis, powered by our state-of-art fact extraction engine. As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with the founding technical team and contribute to the technical architecture of our product and delivery of our ambitious product roadmap. Of those lawyers, most are transactional or contract lawyers and they use generalist platforms that look to aggregate the tasks lawyers do but do not go deep into specific workflows. That's where Wexler is different. We are a 'scalpel' rather than a 'Swiss Army knife', meaning we go deep into the workflows that can decide how a legal case is won. We have extremely positive feedback from lawyers, and we have an ambitious roadmap of features to expand our coverage while retaining the forensic detail that makes our product great. Location London Employment Type Full time Location Type On-site Department Growth Scope is automating the $2T compliance and regulatory layer, and freeing the physical world to rapidly build. Heavy industry struggles with a tradeoff - safety and security or speed and innovation. Manual standards are vital to ensure the quality of our infrastructure - hours of reporting the findings are not. The billion billion testing, inspection and certification (TIC) companies still rely on pen and paper, Excel and Word to track quality and safety, slowing the supply chain and breaking innovation. Every day, over a million inspectors manually assess infrastructure, factories, and goods using technology that haven't evolved in up to a hundred years. The result? Delays, errors, and billions in losses. We're using AI to change that - building a future where inspections are instant, precise, and fully automated. If you want to help make the impossible a reality, let's talk. We work with 7 of the top 10 companies in the TIC space, have grown revenue 8x in the last year and on track to reach 10mm ARR over 2026. Our customers customers make up 21% of UK GDP and include companies from Shell, AstraZeneca and SpaceX. We've assembled a best in class team, who are exited founders or from Deepmind, Amazon, McKinsey etc. We raised our pre seed in 2024, from Susa Ventures (1 in 10 unicorn hit rate Flexport, Robinhood), who doubled down at triple the valuation in 2025. We've raised $4m and raising our Series A in the coming months. We work in service of giving inspectors superpowers, building report writing tools that changes their lives and jobs - and increases company bottom line margins 10-20%, cuts reporting time 80% and doubles their capacity overnight. Deployment Lead Role As a Deployment Lead, you will be the player/coach driving our most critical AI deployments while leading and mentoring a team of top tier Deployment Strategists. You'll translate complex operational challenges into scalable solutions, acting as the bridge between hands on client success and broader revenue and product strategy. This is a high stakes, 1 to 100 building phase; you will be instrumental in scaling our accounts globally, standardising our processes, and expanding our GTM motion across Europe and the Americas. What You'll Do Player/Coach Leadership: Mentor and elevate a team of high performing Deployment Strategists while remaining hands on in executing top tier, complex deployments. Building the 1-to-100 Playbook: Architect, test, and standardise highly structured deployment playbooks that can be seamlessly rolled out across new international markets. Customer Expansion: Identify and secure massive expansion opportunities within existing accounts, blending deep operational problem solving with top 5% sales acumen to grow client lifetime value. Global Execution & GTM: Drive our global Go To Market motion across Europe and the Americas, travelling to key client sites to ensure smooth project delivery and build trust based relationships with senior stakeholders. Cross Functional Strategy: Serve as a critical feedback loop to the executive team, with clear runway to expand your influence over broader management, revenue generation, and product development. Impactful Delivery: Apply your "raw horsepower" to navigate unforeseen roadblocks with innovative solutions, diving deep into the nuances of various inspection environments to solve real world problems. About Scope We are a venture backed AI startup in London (Clerkenwell) with a mission to transform industrial safety and efficiency. We offer a fast paced, high ownership environment where your contributions directly impact national infrastructure and critical operations. We've grown revenue 8x in one year and are scaling into hyper growth. What We're Looking For We are looking for an exceptionally high skilled "co builder" and proven leader who thrives in a 1 to 100 growth phase. You should bring significant years of experience, including a track record of global deployment or GTM expansion, and a willingness to travel internationally. You are a well rounded generalist who loves getting hands on while lifting up the team around you. You must be exceptionally structured, pragmatic, and creative in your approach to problem solving. A top 5% salesperson with outstanding emotional intelligence and a high capacity for learning and execution is essential. While direct inspection or specific industry experience isn't required, a proven ability to build scalable playbooks and a genuine eagerness to master new domains are paramount. Compensation & Location This role offers a competitive base salary of £120 150k, depending on experience and skill, plus an uncapped 1% of all account growth - £100k+ OTE bonus. This is a London based role, requiring 5 days/week onsite work at our Clerkenwell office. If you're excited by the challenge of deploying transformative AI solutions in critical industries and have a passion for driving real world impact with a high growth startup, we want to hear from you.
