As a Resource Manager, you will own the overall responsibility for resource planning and capability matching across Fibre Network Build Projects. Responsibilities of the role: Work with third-party subcontractors to understand and plan available resources to complement DL availability. Deliver customer satisfaction by matching resources to commitments Work with Openreach on strategic planning and resourcing. Work with the Recruitment and Operational Support Teams to ensure that recruitment and training follow the agreed plans. Identify of process, productivity and efficiency savings to drive continuous improvement and the bottom line. Translate plans from Strategic to Tactical for handover to the planning team. Work with Openreach to eliminate out of area working through tactical replacement of attrition addressing the regional imbalances. Co-ordinate cross-training/up-skilling opportunities and programmes for engineers with the input of the Operational Support Manager in order to deliver flexibility and bottom-line growth.
