We are working with a growing MedTech company based in Cambridge, they are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The role requires one day per week in the office. Key responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure web and mobile applications using Nuxt, Vue, and Ionic/Vue. Develop and integrate APIs and workflows across physical devices, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, and front-end platforms. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability from architecture to deployment. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code using industry best practices. Debug, profile, and optimize applications to ensure a frictionless user experience. Lead the development of new features and the enhancement of existing ones. Collaborate with product, design, and hardware teams to deliver user-centric solutions. Contribute to key architectural and technical decisions as a foundational engineering team member. Report directly to the CTO and help shape the future of the product and platform. About You 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally in early-stage startups. Deep experience with Vue or React, including frameworks like Nuxt or Next. Proven experience with Ionic for mobile application development. Strong backend experience with Node.js, Typescript, and databases including PostgreSQL and Redis. Skilled in API development, database architecture, and authentication methods. Experience with both DynamoDB and PostgreSQL in production environments. A track record of technical ownership, showcased through open-source contributions or public demos/projects. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive initiatives to completion. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience influencing technical and executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include: Supporting colleagues across the business in person, telephone, and online. Resolving technical issues and servicing requests for IT software or hardware.
