Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: London (Hybrid/On-site as required) Contract Length: 6 Months Rate: Competitive (Inside/Outside IR35 - DOE) Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract based in London. The role will focus on developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across core modules Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues and defects Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards Produce clear technical documentation where required Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a commercial environment Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model Ability to work independently in a contract role Desirable: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or module-specific) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Previous contract experience within large or complex organisations Start Date: ASAP (or flexible for the right candidate)
