The Opportunity We're looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join our engineering team and kick-start their career building real products for our clients. You'll be working with experienced engineers from day one, working across the stack on live projects rather than sandboxed training exercises. Key Responsibilities Write, test, and maintain code as part of a cross-functional delivery team Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups Work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices in software design, testing, and deployment Help troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, communicating progress and gathering feedback throughout delivery Contribute to technical documentation Continuously build your skills through on-the-job learning, mentoring, and training What We're Looking For A recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a STEM subject A genuine passion for technology and problem-solving Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team A curious, proactive mindset, comfortable asking questions and learning from feedback Eagerness to take ownership of tasks and grow into greater responsibility over time Required Skills and Experience Solid foundation in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#) Understanding of core computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, version control) Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows Exposure to web development, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus (through coursework, internships, or personal projects) No professional experience required, we're looking for potential and a willingness to learn What We Offer 25 Days annual leave Learning and Development support throughout your career at Theodo Private Health Insurance via Vitality 3 week work from anywhere policy Equipment budget for your tech set up Company pension Monthly Socials A Slack network of 700+ "Theodoers" across our extended ecosystem - ask questions, share patterns, or troubleshoot obscure challenges with some of the sharpest minds out there A hybrid working model, with offices based in London

Theodo, based in London, is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee complex client projects. In this role, you will negotiate product scope, lead engagements, and ensure high standards of delivery while fostering stakeholder trust. Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of experience in delivery management, with a focus on agile methodologies and risk management. You'll be the person clients trust to tell them hard truths, protect scope, and deliver - while the client principal focuses on account growth. This is a high-impact role at the heart of how we deliver, and a key part of how we're evolving our delivery model as we scale. What You'll Be Responsible For Product Scope Management Negotiate product scope to deliver the best value on both fixed-price and time/materials engagements Act as a trusted advisor to clients and Theodo on trade-offs and compromises Use your own experience and expertise drawn from others to guide client product owner decisions Requirements Quality Manage the flow of requirements from client to team Drive the use of visual management tools Oversee a healthy product backlog Delivery Execution Proactively lead client engagements Produce, maintain and communicate on the project delivery plan Own and run agile ceremonies Collaborate with the client principal and client to monitor effort and forecast accurately Solve day-to-day delivery problems before they escalage Ensure delivery operates in line with contract terms Client Satisfaction Think long-term about product direction and suggest optimal delivery approaches Provide high-level analysis and improvement recommendations to senior client stakeholders Own RAID management and proactively manage risk Community & Continuous Improvement Advocate for lean delivery principles across the business Contribute to company-wide continuous improvement initiatives Mentor and coach more junior delivery managers What We're Looking For You're a delivery professional who knows when to push back and when to flex. You build trust quickly with senior stakeholders, spot risks early, and leave every project in better shape than you found it.
