This is a full-time, permanent role based in Ipswich, working closely with IT and cross-functional business teams. The role provides hands-on 1st and 2nd line support, ownership of incidents and service requests, and involvement in local IT initiatives and improvement activity. Based 5 days per week on site in Basildon, the position supports primarily local users with some wider UK coverage as required. It offers exposure to a varied Microsoft-based environment spanning end-user support, infrastructure, security processes, and project work. The role is initially offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with a strong opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
