Work with customer-facing tech teams to help configure and provision cloud-based communication services. Gain hands-on experience in a real-world, fast-moving technical environment. Key Responsibilities of a Graduate IT Engineer Service Configuration Set up and configure customer omni-channel cloud communication services. Manage telephony and digital communication infrastructure for enterprise clients. Project Delivery & Coordination Handle multiple concurrent provisioning projects effectively. Track progress and ensure technical tasks are completed efficiently. Prepare and execute test plans for storm cloud services, adapting to specific customer needs.
