Demonstrable experience managing complex balance sheets. Experience working directly with Boards and senior stakeholders. A highly collaborative working approach is important. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic decision making. Ideally previous involvement in strategic partnerships, funding partnerships, or institutional lender relationships. Experience leading and developing small finance teams in high growth or resource constrained businesses. Comfortable operating in a hands on capacity where strategic and operational responsibilities sit side by side. Successful track record of fundraising for privately owned businesses, including debt and/or equity capital raises.
