The Role: We are looking for a Data Analyst to deliver data analytics and process mapping that supports the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) function on a 6 month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will collect, organise and analyse data from multiple sources to identify quick wins and enable data-driven action planning. You will also gather requirements for report development, identify data sources and design scalable solutions for reporting automation. Working within the BDM Planning and Operations team, you will play a key role in shaping strategic initiatives and improving internal processes in a collaborative, international environment. Your Key Responsibilities: Collect, organise and manage data from a variety of sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis. Collaborate with the BDM Operations and Planning team to understand data analytics and process mapping requirements. What we're looking for: Proven experience in collecting, cleaning and managing data from multiple sources, including structured and unstructured datasets. Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices to ensure accuracy, reliability and integrity. Ability to map data and reporting workflows, perform data forensics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques, with hands-on experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python or R, and visualisation platforms like Power BI or Tableau. Excellent documentation skills and the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders, adapting analysis based on feedback. Familiarity with data visualisation principles and experience working alongside designers or dashboard developers.
