Software Engineer - £55k - Bristol Currently recruiting for an exciting and successful Embedded company based in Bristol who are now looking to recruit an embedded Software Engineer to help with the workload of projects that they have coming through the door. The clients main tech stack is in Linux but they have recently received a number of projects focused on Windows Kernel so they are ideally looking for someone with exposure to WEC7 or similar and Embedded Linux. The client are working with a number of interesting companies looking for work in Medical, IOT and Wireless comms so there is lots of varied work and they are now looking for an Embedded Software engineer with who can turn their hand different projects quickly. They have an exciting work environment and like to make sure that all their engineers have a good input into the company. Software Engineer - £55k - Bristol Key Skills: + Strong Embedded C experience + Commercial experience with WEC7, WEC2013 or similar + Good Embedded Linux experience/knowledge + Good Bootloader or Device driver experience The client are offering circa £45k dependent on experience and a generous benefits package on top of the basic package including flexible working and bonus. Senior Software Engineer - £50k - Southampton Currently recruiting for a globally recognised engineering company with an engineering office in Southampton who are now looking to recruit a Senior Software Engineer specialising in Embedded Linux. The client develop a range of products and you will be working as the key engineer on one of their main product lines. The company have a small development team at the moment and you will be working closely with other software engineers to get projects completed on time. A lot of autonomy will be expected in the role so this position is ideally suited to someone who has led projects previously or is looking to move into an independent role. The client are stable with a plan to expand their Embedded capabilities in the UK as their product line grows.
