This individual will be imperative to the Architecting, Reviewing and creation of design specification for complex software components and systems.
This role is vital for the upkeep of these current products, and to ensure they are keeping in line with the certified standards. This is an international product that will make an impact on people’s lives and support both independent living and assisted living members of the public.
What can you look forward to?
* Autonomy to work within and lead Embedded Software house
* 1:00pm finishes on a Friday
* Working on site where the production and manufacturing takes place
* Long term contract likely to extend
* Excellent day rate up to £350/day depending on experience
What we need from you:
* Proven experience in Embedded Linux Development
* C++ Development Experience (specifically C++ applications on Linux)
* Experience with design patterns & O.O
* Experience dealing with Linux debugging tools
* Experience with version control tools
This client has heavily invested into its embedded development team over recent months, completing a full recruitment drive to invest in their embedded projects. The Embedded Software engineer can expect to join an already established team working on some of the most high tech products within the assisted living / healthcare industry.
The successful Embedded Software Engineer can expect to earn a daily rate of up to £450 p/d for an initial 3 month assignment with very likely extensions.
