The Role: As a Presales Solutions Engineer you will be home based. All travel is expensed and you will be supported with the latest tech and tools to help you perform. Following an initial induction and training phase you will quickly become an integral member of the sales team working directly with customers at all levels identifying opportunities and presenting cases to use the company’s solution. Targeting key verticals (e-commerce, financial services, gaming, social networking) you will deep dive with customers understanding where their journey is taking them and demonstrating how you can support them and enrich their experience along the way.
The Company: Our client develops a Fraud Management and Authentication Solution which improves CX quality and smashes down tradition authentication barriers whilst offering unrivalled levels of protection. They have experienced significant sales growth and now seek an additional Presales Solutions Engineer to help sustain this growth and over deliver on service levels to their customers.
For this Presales Solutions Engineer role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Computer Science or related engineering degree or alternative degree with experience in this space
* Credibility and ability to build successful relationships at all levels and ID new business opportunities
* Experience with any of the following would be a massive benefit;
* SaaS, JavaScript, XML, HTML5, PHP, C#, REST, JSON, and Java.
