ERP Implementation consultant Full training on Iplicit This reseller have moved form selling Sage ERP solutions to focusing on Iplicit and it is selling really well. Iplicit is aimed at the SME space, developed by the guys who sold Exchequer to Iris it is a designed for cloud ERP solution with functionality to match Sage Intacct and NetSuite from a Finance perspective. In a poor economy these guys are a ray of sunshine and hope with a massive workload and a stack of prospects in the pipeline. They need an experienced ERP Implementation consultant who has worked on a similar solution like NetSuite or intact IQ or Intacct or Acumatica or SAP Business One or Kerridge or WinMan or Sage 200 emax odoo or GreenTree or FinancialForce or focalpoint or efacs or orderwise or PS Financials or Advanced Financials or eFinancials or iris financials. They are offering full training in Iplicit, the first project you will shadow a consultant and the 2nd project you will be shadowed. A Head of Implementation (ERP, Finance, Distribution, CRM, Project Management) is required by a growing, highly profitable software vendor based in Halesowen. This company is the market leader in distribution software. With 33 employees and a stellar reputation, their modern .NET and SQL Server-based platform is the product of choice for their business niche nationwide. You will need: Solid ERP implementation experience across finance, distribution, supply chain, and CRM. A track record of managing ERP projects and leading consultants. Hands-on project management and implementation skills. Experience in discovery, scoping, and functional requirements. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (credits, debits, P&L, depreciation).You will receive structured onboarding by shadowing existing projects, then quickly progress into leading implementations and managing your own team. You'll work across finance modules and CRM (MS Dynamics CE), ensuring clients receive high-quality end-to-end solutions. As Head of Implementation, you'll manage a small team (2 ERP consultants, 1 CRM consultant), while actively contributing to project delivery. This role is for a Dynamics CRM Consultant (or possibly Consultants who have worked on other CRM solutions) who also has previous experience of ERP solutions such as Sage 200, Infor, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics AX, Intact, Access Accounts, Coda or similar. It is home based with travel to client sites, but you will initially have to spend some time in their offices near Reading for training purposes. Salary to £50k plus car allowance. This ERP reseller has recently acquired another business who sold a very good MS Dynamics GP and MS Dynamics CRM solution to colleges and universities. As the products have changed there is now a huge drive to do much more with Dynamics 365 and indeed Business Central which is the latest Microsoft consolidation of MS Dynamics products. This means the new projects are around updating the on-premise version of MS Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365 and then onto the new Business Central. The job is home based with plenty of travel to clients, most of the clients are in the South East of England. You will implement Dynamics 365 working with clients who are using the solution for accounts, room booking, expense management, cost allocation and also for marketing and sales. You will participate in the full implementation life cycle of the projects and have a chance to work closely with SQL Server, so you will need good SQL skills and be able to back up and restore a SQL Server database as a minimum. Experience of SQL scripting would be a huge advantage. They need an experienced MS Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Consultant, or a good CRM Consultant who also has ERP experience and can grow into a full Dynamics 365 consulting role. If you have CRM and ERP implementation skills and good SQL scripting and SQL Server database skills this is a chance to move into the very latest MS Dynamics software and really push your career forward.
