Senior Data Analyst Location – Warwick Salary - £35,000 to £40,000 A large, fast paced company are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the established analytics team. Your main responsibility will be to perform analysis and to create specifications and quality assure other analysts in the team. This will provide strategic insight to facilitate the delivery of world class customer service and develop commercial potential of the data and insights. You will be working with other business areas to provide analysis and insight to improve overall business performance. Key Responsibilities * Complete complex data analysis with a variety of purpose for he business, including increasing knowledge and reviewing marketing campaigns and business process. * Support the team and wider business in advancing in its use of predictive analytics including data manipulation, mining, statistical analysis and modelling * Work closely with managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications, then make recommendations for improvements based on the result of analysis * Provide specifications for reporting and analysis to be completed by internal or external 3rd parties * Audit internal processes to understand process adherence * Perform ad hoc analysis of data in order to find the root cause of problems. Including thinking of new and innovative ways of using data for business improvement * Update, distribute and create new MI reports for the management team, including identifying and fixing errors in reports * Provision of accurate and current capacity forecasts to inform operation to deliver SLA response times * Support in the specification and testing of new Business Systems Skills required * Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access * Power BI, MS Azure ML and T SQL knowledge * Experience of communicating the processes of complex analysis to an audience with varying levels of understanding * Strong analysis and problem-solving skills * Experience of writing specifications and performing quality assurance on work of other data analysis * Any experience in Cognos is beneficial but not a must have This is the chance to develop your career with a forward-thinking business who are heavily investing into analytics. Insight Analyst Location – Nottingham Salary – up to £30,000 to £40,000 A well-known, fast paced company based in Nottingham are looking for an Insight Analyst to join the growing team. You will be working to provide insight to various areas of the company. Providing insight and analytical reporting will be part of your daily responsibilities. Responsibilities * Work as part of the Insight team to plan workloads and key activity * Liaise with Stakeholders both internally and externally to develop future plans for delivery of Insight, analytics and reporting * Be passionate about driving effectiveness and best practises to improve and streamline the ways of working * Provide accurate analysis and insight to the agreed timescales * Ensure that all analysis and insight is documented correctly * Delivery meaningful reporting, analysis and insight to support the lead analysis * Produce end to end marketing and customer analysis, including analysis of several methods they use for campaigns * Work with the team and the lead analyst to consolidate analysis into data driven actionable insights with can then be presented to key stakeholders * Develop a strong and consultative relationship with the retail, and account management teams.
