IT First Line Support Analyst required to join our Infrastructure Team within an energy services company.
The 1st Line Support Analyst is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to internal
stakeholders by:
- Providing first line support to both hardware & software issues including the desktop, servers and much more.
- You will respond to customer support calls by diagnosing & resolving issues or escalating issues to the appropriate team.
- Supporting & maintaining company infrastructures such as networks, servers, applications etc.
- Assisting with set up & resource deployment, maintenance and control of user accounts & much more.
Technical Experience:
- Cisco
- Microsoft
- Unix
- Google Android
- Apple IOS
- TCP/IP Networking
- Router, Firewall & Wireless configuration
You will report to the Head of Infrastructure who will encourage and support career progression. Working within a busy team so you will be self-motivated and willing to assist with other requirements from time to time outside of your direct responsibility. You will be organised and pay excellent attention to detail.
You would obviously be an excellent communicator & be great with problem solving, troubleshooting & take pride in solving tricky issues, whilst working closely with your team & customers & across the business.
