Boxtree recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Java Software Developer to support our client an established and dynamic internet marketing organisation The Java Developer will play an important part within a friendly and dynamic team in a business that prides itself in developing leading solutions using the very latest technology. Boxtree recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Product Analyst to support this established internet marketing organisation. The Product Analyst will report to the Head of Product, and will be responsible for providing a clear understanding of the customer’s requirements ensuring decisions that the business makes are well informed and the impact of changes are clearly quantified, helping to improve the user experience and product performance generally. Responsibilities * Create and monitor product usage and engagement dashboards to identify opportunities for improving the experience and changing customer behaviour * Assess the available data across the business to help drive our decision-making process, * Support the Product Managers in setting up a measurement framework and defining success criteria for Product Pillars and/or new initiative * Work closely with UX Researchers to provide a clear, holistic view of our customers and their behaviour * Perform ad-hoc analysis of the performance of the product and new features, generating insights to help prioritise future development work * Help analytics users or consumers of reporting understand how to interpret what the data is saying Requirements * Experience as a Product Analyst in a digital product company, ideally in a B2B or B2B2C environment, and ideally as part of a larger Analytics/Business Intelligence team * Demonstrable experience in analytics/reporting/query tooling – MixPanel, Google Analytics, Microsoft PowerBi, CRM and Google Data Studio. * Understanding of product performance and KPI management and creation. * Experience of analysing user behavior across multiple user journeys and digital channels * Google Analytics including the use of filters, goals, dashboards and custom report * Knowledge of SQL and Google Big Query an advantage * Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript and the DOM an advantage * Agility to keep pace with a dynamic, constantly evolving product road.
