A 190-year old business that manages over 25 premium brands with a product range of over 100 labels is looking for an SAP Support Analyst join its team in Huyton, Liverpool. As well as owning seven Whisky and Gin distilleries, they also own two craft breweries across Scotland, Ireland and Wales. Premium Gin is their largest range containing over 15 labels, many coming from their five Gin distilleries across the UK. Their flagship brand was created in 2005 and is now a regular feature in many pubs and bars throughout the country. As an SAP Analyst, your daily duties will include: - The management of incidents, requests and user support for applications supported by the team. - Configuration and maintenance of SAP FI/CO and ideally one or more of the following: MM, PP or SD. - Supporting all new developments and enhancements through the testing and release process. - Project work on an ad-hoc basis. To be a successful SAP Analyst, you will have the following skills and experiences: - An understanding of the key integration points between Finance and all other modules. - Previous extensive use of ERP systems. - Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment. - A high level of business support expertise and SAP knowledge. - The ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. - The ability to build strong working relationships with business leads and outsourced specialists. - An innate desire to drive continuous improvement. - The ability to work with, and influence where needed, all system users and owners. You will gather an in-depth knowledge of the Data Collection side of the business and apply this knowledge to the new system.
