The Role We'reseeking a SeniorProductManagerto own and evolve core lending products that enable SMEs to grow.You'll set a product vision, strategy and roadmap; working closely with tech, design, data and credit risk teams to deliver measurable business impact. This role blends deep customer discovery, data-driven decision-making and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on responsible lending and credit risk. Responsibilities: Fully own key product areas, working cross-functionally with engineering, design and data to define, build and scale innovative solutions Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable results Build high-quality lending products that meaningfully support SME growth Lead discovery, research, and experimentation to identify customer pain points and opportunities Use data-driven decision-making, balancing quantitative insights with qualitative feedback.
