Your work will include maintaining the data warehouse, supporting data integration projects, automating processes, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and data security standards. You ll also mentor colleagues, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting systems and processes. What we re looking for: We re seeking someone with significant experience in data reporting and analytics, excellent SQL and Power BI skills, and a strong understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL processes. You ll need a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (or equivalent experience), along with a keen eye for accuracy, strong problem-solving abilities, and confidence communicating technical information to non-technical audiences. Experience in SSRS, SSIS, Visual Studio, or similar BI tools is essential, and familiarity with data warehousing, C#, or OLAP methodologies would be an advantage. In this pivotal role, you ll be the first point of contact for data protection matters supporting staff, monitoring compliance, and helping to ensure the College meets all UK Data Protection and GDPR requirements. This role is a part time position, working 22.5 hours per week. We re looking for a skilled and detail-focused Data Analyst to join our team. This key role supports the accurate and timely collection, maintenance, and analysis of student and curriculum data, helping the College meet funding, audit, and performance requirements. If you re passionate about turning data into insight and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
