Our approach enables fast and efficient identification of potential lead compounds in drug discovery, with a significant reduction in screening time. To make this methodology widely available, we need to develop a user-friendly GUI that streamlines the analysis of hundreds of NMR spectra, allowing for minimal intervention and "push-button" operation. Main responsibilities Develop a GUI using Python and relevant libraries to analyse NMR spectra. Collaborate with the research team to deliver maximum portability and usability of the product. Test and validate the GUI with sample datasets provided by the research team. Expected commencement date: July 1st 2026 (8-week internship).
