We're currently looking for an experienced Data Lead to join a major digitisation programme on an initial 6-month contract that is OUTSIDE IR35. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week on site - if you cannot do that then please do not apply. This role will take ownership of the data workstream within a wider transformation initiative focused on implementing a new LIMS platform and building solid data foundations for future growth, efficiency and commercial opportunities. What you'll be doing: Mapping and assessing existing laboratory data landscapes Shaping data architecture to support LIMS implementation Defining structured data requirements and standards Driving data governance, ownership and compliance Supporting the design of data for future digital products and analytics Leading the data workstream end to end, including risks, milestones and reporting For the role you should have: Strong experience leading data workstreams or enterprise data initiatives Solid understanding of both structured and unstructured data environments Experience supporting system implementations with clear data requirements Ability to operate in regulated or compliance driven settings Confident engaging across technical and operational stakeholders Exposure to LIMS, laboratory environments or digital product development would be a huge benefit in this role.
