This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic marketing initiatives for a reputable charity, making a meaningful impact through innovative campaigns and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase outreach and engagement. Manage content creation across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Analyse campaign performance data to optimise results and report on key metrics. Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to deliver high-impact marketing projects. Oversee social media platforms, email marketing, and website content to enhance the organisation s online presence. Stay informed of digital marketing trends and incorporate best practices to keep campaigns fresh and effective. Person Specification Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector. Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and convey campaign messages clearly. Self-motivated and proactive, with a creative approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently within a collaborative environment.
