Talentmark are recruiting for an IT Field Technician to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes on a contract basis for 12 months . This role is site based in Swindon . Salary: 17.43 per hour PAYE IT Field Technician Role: Give hands-on IT support to staff, fixing hardware, software and basic network issues. Set up, install and maintain IT equipment across the site Keep IT stock levels topped up and order new equipment when needed. Log all issues and fixes clearly so problems can be tracked and improved. Pass on more complex problems to senior IT staff when needed. Work with local vendors on things like cabling, printers and equipment disposal. Your Background: A diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related subject. At least 4 years' hands-on IT support experience. IT certifications such as CompTIA, MCP or MCSE are a plus. Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines. A helpful, flexible attitude and strong communication skills.
