Salary Paying between £28.95 and £38.60 per hour PAYE. Senior IT Product Owner Lead the delivery and evolution of new digital products or services that address business problems or opportunities Define, refine, and prioritise product requirements, translating business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap priorities Partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and cross functional stakeholders to shape product direction, align priorities, and manage trade offs Provide product leadership for incidents, enhancements, and change requests, ensuring issues are prioritised and resolved in line with business impact and service expectations Provide clear reporting on product status, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress to stakeholders and leadership Identify opportunities to enhance products and ways of working through AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies Your Background Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information, Business Technology, or a related field (recent graduates or those completing their degree are encouraged to apply) Demonstrable experience of product ownership, digital product management, business analysis within an agile environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non technical audiences Familiarity with agile product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerApps) is advantageous Location This role is based at our client's site in Basingstoke 3 days per week, and 2 days remote. Salary: 200 - 250 PAYE per day, or .10 per day LTD (Outside IR35) Technical Writer Role: Create and maintain technical and customer-facing documents. Prepare and distribute customer notifications and product communications. Work with teams across Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Technical Services to ensure information is accurate and up to date. Review and update documentation as products, services and processes change. Track documentation activities and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate customer and product information within company systems. Your Background: Degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or a related Life Science subject. Experience writing technical, scientific or customer-facing documents. Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, diagnostics or life sciences industry. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing information accurately. Experience using CRM systems or document management systems would be an advantage.
