OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY (OT) MANAGER Job Title: Operational Technology (OT) Manager Location: Kettering / Remote Salary: £55,000 Shift: Monday to Friday Days Job Role of the Operational Technology (OT) Manager A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operational Technology (OT) professional to join a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment. This is an excellent chance to take full ownership of the OT landscape within a growing business that is investing heavily in its systems, infrastructure, and technology. This role will suit a hands-on OT Engineer or Manager looking to develop their career within a modern manufacturing facility, with real influence over systems, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining OT infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. You will also lead on OT cybersecurity, business continuity planning, and lifecycle management, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
