Do you want to be part of a management team driving forward new technologies within a rapidly growing professional services business? We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager who has proven experience of implementing new technologies. Technology is at the forefront of our business and we are keen to speak with people who have a real passion for technology and can illustrate a drive to play an integral role within the business. Reporting to the finance director, the IT Manager will be responsible for implementing an established IT strategy whilst leading a small team to ensure high levels of service for our colleagues. Ideally you will have experience of working for a law firm, but this is not essential. The successful candidate is likely to have had a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position with excellent people-management skills and will be able to demonstrate that they are able to communicate and work with senior figures within the business. Experience Previous experience of managing a small IT team Engaging with third party support partners and project delivery teams to ensure systems are up to date and performing at an optimal level Demonstrable experience in implementing new technologies Demonstratable experience of managing, Microsoft Servers, VMWare environments, Veeam and Cisco solutions. Office 365 solutions experience including SharePoint would also be highly desirable as would experience of working with iManage.
