Chef de Partie Year-round employment Responsibilities Manage food standards and quality across all stages of food preparation, cooking and service, ensuring our high company standards are consistently met Manage the smooth running of your section before, during and after service Have a complete understanding of all menus within your area of responsibility, ensuring that all recipes are followed accurately, portion control is adhered to and that presentation. Work alongside the Head Chef and team to create and develop daily specials, presenting ideas for new dishes on a regular basis, along with recipes and specification for each dish Assist in the training and development of junior chefs Ensure stock rotation carried out correctly and wastage recorded Adhere to HACCP/COSHH standards Maintain high levels of CLEANLILNESS at all times.
