To be the technical owner and Subject Matter Expert with detailed knowledge on specific passive fibre network hardware components and cables and their practices as agreed To be instinctivelyinnovative and be able to instigate new innovative component development and/or associated field practices to improve Hyperoptic's build and customer install methods. To know when to apply both evolutionary thinking and revolutionary thinking to the way we build network and provide service. To keep completely up to date with industry developments and new technology and pro-actively seek out innovations and technology that will make positive contributions to Hyperoptic's mission and ambition.
