Business Analysis Manager Computing & Library Services £43,542 - £54,925 per annum Huddersfield Permanent 37 hours per week Ref: R7256 We are looking for a talented, well organised Business Analysis Manager to join the Computing and Library Services, Digital Delivery team. You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as a real flair for reviewing current manual and electronic business processes with a view to implementing IT solutions to maximise efficiency and resolve business challenges. You will have a wealth of experience of building strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation as this role represents a vital interface between technical and non-technical staff. You will also need to be flexible and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. Educated to degree level or equivalent and with significant experience of working in a pressurised IT service environment, you will have experience of complex system implementations and the project delivery lifecycle. You will have an ability to communicate well with all levels of staff, students and outside agencies as well as highly developed customer awareness. Candidates who can demonstrate experience of leading and developing a team of business analysists or practice will have a strong advantage.
