The Business Analyst works with IT business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design to develop applications and solutions. The role may call for frequent contact with other companies to research and evaluate technologies in use for current or potential applications and may engage with external consultants and contractors in pursuit of business objectives. Responsibilities Include: Work with business partners to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements; understand the customer journey and define both traditional User Requirements and User Stories. Facilitate regular requirement gathering and design sessions with the user community and communicate expectations to the IT development team.
