Role covers Windows 10 (MMD) support, hardware/software/network troubleshooting, Active Directory, Azure, device deployment, and VIP/end-user support. Flexibility for site travel and occasional out-of-hours work required. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-user IT support by troubleshooting and resolving issues with networks, hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and Windows 10 systems, ensuring minimal downtime. Manage incidents from logging to resolution, including monitoring multiple communication channels, maintaining accurate documentation, and liaising with vendors.
